Cortaderia (Austroderia) Toe Toe or Toi Toi

A fast-growing, coarse, green, large tussock that is the largest toe toe therefore it provides more shelter. First choice for single row farm shelter belts. Grows on a wide range of sites. Flowers January. Hardy.Flowers are are a "blonded" golden colour. Will grow in dry or swampy conditions.

Plants are at least 50cm tall.
