Poa Cita, also known as Silver Tussock. 
Present height: around 25cm. 
Grows to 1m with silvery-green foliage & tall feathery seed heads.
Best in full sun & well drained soil.
Hardy to most climates. Evergreen.
Very suitable for mass plantings!
