Viburnum Tinus - Eve/Eva Price grown in  7cm pots. 
Hardy evergreen shrub. Tolerates frost and wind and happy in sun or semi shade. Will reach 3m in height x 1.5m but easily maintained to a lower height. White flowers from late winter. A great informal hedge. Looks good with NZ natives.
Plants are 20 to 25cm tall.
